Have your item packaged and ready to ship? Next, head to a nearby DHL drop-off location or schedule an at-home pickup for extra convenience.
⚠️Note: It can take up to an hour for DHL to activate shipping labels within their system. We recommend planning accordingly before dropping off your package or scheduling a home pickup.
Please make sure to collect your proof of drop off once the carrier scans your label or QR code.

Drop off your package at a DHL location
To find the DHL Service Point closest to you, click 🔍 here.
Select the Country you are sending the item from
Enter your address

Click “Send a Shipment”
-Payment option: “I have a DHL Express return shipment”
-Handling option: “I I have a QR code” or “I have a printed DHL label”

A list of DHL Service Points in your area should then appear for you to choose from
⚠️ If you plan to use a QR code, please confirm first that your selected Service Point accepts them.
Schedule Home Pickup
Online
To schedule a collection time for your package online, click 🔍 here, choose the country you are shipping from in the top right-hand corner
Click Schedule a Pickup
When asked "Do you need to create a shipping label?", click "No, I already have a shipping label attached to my package". Need help downloading your shipping label? Click 🔍 here.
Click I have a DHL Waybill number, then enter the number. You'll find this beneath the first barcode on your shipping label or below the QR code. Add your telephone number, then click Next.
Confirm your pickup address, fill in your email address, then click Next.
Fill in the required details about your package (weight and size), then click Next.
Choose the date and time for your pickup, then click Schedule this event.
- Show the driver either your printed label or QR code during pickup.
Important! Once you have 🔍 downloaded your shipping label, it can take up to 1 hour for the label to be activated in the carrier's system. If you are planning on arranging a pick-up time, you may need to wait a short time after downloading the shipping label before arranging your time slot.

From the different options, choose Book a collection
When asked "Do you have a nine-digit DHL number account?" answer "No". A DHL account number isn’t needed to schedule a pickup because you already have a shipping label.
Enter the 10-digit DHL tracking reference number or Waybill number - you'll find it beneath the first barcode on your shipping label or below your QR code. If you need help downloading your shipping label, click 🔍 here
