Once you submit an item on Vestiaire Collective, we use advanced digital verification to check its details before it goes live on the platform.
Listings are usually reviewed and published within 24 hours, though review can take up to 48 hours during peak periods.
How to check my item status
To check the status of your item, please go to your personal account area:
Via the app: Me > Listings
Via the website: Click on the photo > Listings
If your item shows Pending Verification or Photos currently being cropped, our team is actively reviewing your submission.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your item goes live!
Why does the review process take time?
We want to ensure our community all over the world can buy and sell pre-loved items with total confidence.
That’s why we carefully review each listing to check that:
- The item’s description accurately matches the provided photographs
- The item fits our selection criteria, including condition, brand, style, and current demand.
- The proposed sale price is in line with the item’s condition and description.
Once these initial checks have been made, our team will post your listing.
Why is my item taking longer than 48 hours to be published?
If your item isn't live after 48 hours, check your email (including spam folders). Our team may have reached out to request additional details, such as a proof of authenticity 🔍Learn more
