Once we receive your item, our expert teams will check, approve, package and ship the item to your buyer within 2 working days.
We will be keeping you up to date every step of the way, but you can also check the current status of your item by logging into your account:
On the App: Me → My Items → Sold items
On the Website: My Account → Orders & Sales → Sold items
If your item is approved, payment will be made the next working day after it has been shipped to your buyer.
