Once we receive your item, our Quality Control team will check, approve, package and ship the item to your buyer within 4 days.
We will be keeping you up to date every step of the way, but you can also check the current status of your item by logging into your account:
On the App: Me → My Items → Sold items
On the Website: My Account → Orders & Sales → Sold items
If your item matches its description and is deemed compliant by our Quality Control team, payment will be made the Wednesday after it has been shipped to your buyer.
