Note for sellers based in the United States: Do not give your package to USPS, as they are separate from UPS. We cannot track items accidentally left with USPS and are not responsible for any losses.

Find Your Nearest UPS Location
Navigate to UPS via the link provided and enter your address to view nearby locations.
Schedule Home Pickup (if available in your sale timeline)
Online
1) Navigate to UPS via the link provided.
2) When asked about shipping labels, answer that you already have one attached to your package.
3) Provide the tracking number without spaces.
4) Enter your pickup information and location. (Note: Do not add a UPS account number).
5) Fill in package details (weight and size)
6) Select “UPS Standard” within the “UPS International Service” section. (Note: Ignore if an error message displays regarding the label for this service.)
7) Choose the date and time for your desired pickup.
8) Finalize your pickup time and write down the request number.
Via Telephone
1) Call UPS via the phone number provided.
2) Say “Schedule a collection” when asked your reason for calling.
3) Say “No” when asked if you’d like to find a drop off location or if you have a UPS account number.
4) Reply “Yes” when asked if you already have a prepaid return label.
5) Enter your phone number and confirm your address.
6) Provide the tracking number without spaces.
7) Say “No” when asked if the package is being sent outside the EU.
8) Choose the date and time of your desired pickup.
9) Finalize your pickup time and write down the request number.
