Find Your Nearest La Poste Location
Navigate to La Poste via the link provided and enter your address to view nearby locations.
If you don’t have a printer, you may be able to print your label from a self-service machine. (Check under location details.)
Schedule Home Pickup Online
Navigate to La Poste via the link provided and click “Schedule a Pickup.”
Enter your 13-digit Colissimo tracking number beginning with 8R.
Fill in all request information.
Choose the date and time for your desired pickup.
Finalize your pickup time.
Put the package in your mailbox by 8 a.m. the day of pick up for your postman to collect it.
Note: Requests must be made by 11 p.m. for next-day pickup (unavailable on Sundays).
