Direct Shipping means the buyer receives their item directly from you, the seller, rather than having their items physically checked by Vestiaire Collective. Where available, Direct Shipping is offered to buyers as an alternative delivery method to Authentication when placing an order. 

At the moment, Direct Shipping is only available when both the buyer and seller are based in:

• Europe
• UK
• UK to Europe, except Italy and Romania
• The United States
• Canada
• Australia
• Singapore
• Hong Kong
• Switzerland (available only if both buyer and seller are located in Switzerland)

Direct Shipping is therefore not available between Europe and the United States, or The United States and Australia, for example.

Please note that in order to be eligible for Direct Shipping, items must have a listed price of less than $1000 USD, $1500 CAD, €1000 or the currency equivalent in those countries listed above.

💡 Good to know: You must ship sold items within 7 days, or the sale will be cancelled and your buyer refunded.

Can I opt out of Direct Shipping?

Direct Shipping is automatically offered as a shipping method on eligible items, and the Seller cannot opt out of this shipping method. The Buyer chooses their preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
