Payout Timeline

 

Step 1: Sale Confirmed

Congratulations on selling your item! You have 7 days to ship it. Remember: The faster you ship, the sooner you’ll get paid.

Plus, fast shippers are rewarded with boosted visibility and recognition in their Seller Stats.

 

Step 2: Shipped

Your item is on its way. Depending on your shipping type, its destination may be our warehouse for Authentication & Quality Control or the buyer’s address (more details under Step 3).

We’ll share tracking information and an estimated delivery date once the carrier has scanned your package into their system.

 

Step 3: Sale Completed

After your item arrives at its destination, there is a review period before we mark your sale as complete. This review varies depending on the type of shipping:

• Authenticated Shipping

Your sale is completed when your item passes Authentication & Quality Control. This typically occurs within 2 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.

• Direct Shipping

Your sale is completed 72 hours after the item has been delivered to the buyer. Note: If the buyer reports an issue, there may be a delay while we investigate.

• Express Delivery

Your sale is completed immediately after the buyer completes checkout because the item has already passed Authentication & Quality Control at our warehouse.

 

Step 4: Payment Issued

Our team will issue your payout within 24 hours after the sale is marked as complete.

 

Step 5: Payment Received

The payout will appear in your account once processing is complete. Processing is handled by your financial institution and differs depending on your method:

 

 

Bank Transfer

• United States (USD): 2 business days

• United Kingdom (GBP): 2 business days

• EU/EEA countries (EUR): 2 business days

• All other countries: 5 business days

PayPal 

• Within 24 hours

 Venmo

• Within 24 hours

Check that your sale’s been marked complete and that all banking details are correct, including your 🔍 banking information and 🔍 identity verification.

As a reminder, payouts may not appear in your account for up to 5 business days after being issued due to bank processing times. This is standard and not a delay on our end.

 

How to Track Sales

 

On the App: Me → Sales → Sold items
On the website: My account → Orders & sales → Sales

Click on any item to see detailed status and the expected payout date.

If payouts for multiple sales are scheduled for the same day, we will process them as a single combined payout.
