After a cancellation, your item will automatically be re-listed for sale on your account and it will remain in our warehouse in France to facilitate the next sale.
If you would prefer to have the item returned to you, please contact us and we will ship it to you free of charge.
Please check your address:
- On the App: “Me”, “My items”, “Sold Items”.
- On the website: “My account”, “Purchases and Sales”, “Items sold”.
Find the item, click on “display the details”, followed by “Change the address”.
Check the address and change it if needed. Then press "validate", even if you have not changed the address.
We will then take care of sending you your parcel!
