Has your item been sent back to you but you haven't recieved it?
In this case, it has been returned to us by the carrier.
We ask that you check your address:
- On the app : "Me", "My Vestiaire", "My items"
- On the website : "My account", "Sales and purchases".
Find the relevant item, click on " show details" and then on "Change the address".
Check your address, and change it if needed, then validate the page - even if you haven't made any changes.
We'll send your package back to you within 72 working hours!
