Your parcel's tracking hasn't been updated for over 48 hours on the carrier's website (DHL, La Poste…)? Or your item is marked as delivered but hasn't been received by the Vestiaire Collective team?
In that case, simply send customer service the proof of pick up stamped by the parcel company and a copy of your ID (national ID card or passport).
Once these documents are received, the Vestiaire Collective team will be able to investigate directly with the shipping company.
