Your item was sold? You'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to a postal voucher to send your item to Vestiaire Collective.
You can access the prepaid voucher by following these steps:
1. Go to your "Account"
2. Click the "Orders & Sales" tab
3. Go to the "My sold items" section" thumbnail
4. Click "Download my postal voucher"
Can't find your prepaid postal voucher in your "Account"? Check that your country is eligible. You'll find the list of countries in our FAQ ("Sending my item without a prepaid voucher").
There you will find all the necessary information to send your item to us.
Reminder!
For insurance and logistic reasons, you can only include one item in each parcel.
Make sure that you take care in the wrapping of your item to avoid any damage occuring during shipping. For instance, if you want to send glasses, it's safer to send them in a cardboard box rather than in an envelope.
Also, dont forget to include all the extra parts in your parcel, as listed in your ad (bill, dustbag, box etc.).

One of your items is listed as sold but you haven't received any sale confirmation?
This simply means the order is being verified by our anti-fraud partner Certissim. Once the order is accepted, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with the link to the prepaid postal voucher.
