- Free relist: Changed your mind about an item? Instantly relist it for sale on your account within 72 hours of delivery – without paying selling fees.
- Always-on Customer Support: Chat with our customer care agents or send us an email for expert support.
For international orders, the buyer service fee covers our services for handling all the paperwork involved in your order, from customs and border authorities to international shipping.
How much is the buyer service fee?
The buyer service fee typically ranges between 15% to 28% of the item’s price (inclusive of any applicable currency conversion fee).
The buyer service fee varies based on a variety of factors and may be higher or lower depending on factors such as the country of residence of the buyer and whether the seller is a private individual or a professional/trader.
The fee may not exceed 300 EUR/USD, 500 GBP, 3500 SEK, 2400 DKK, 1300 PLN for listings in these currencies and solely when the transaction happens in the same currency of the listing, for example USD to USD (or between EUR, SEK, DKK, PLN). Exceptions might apply.
In any case, the buyer service fee may not exceed the maximum percentage specified in the Buyer Terms & Conditions.
Please note that, in all cases, a minimum buyer service fee of 5 EUR/GBP/USD/CHF (or equivalent in the buyer’s currency) will apply.
