While we understand that sometimes it’s not possible to ship within 7 days, unfortunately we're not able to extend the time allowed to ship a sold item. We take these measures to ensure a consistent experience for both buyers and sellers.
If you are not able to ship your sold item within 7 days, please cancel the sale as soon as possible by following these simple steps:
On the App: Me → My items
On the Website: My Account → Orders and Sales → My Sold Items
Select the sold item and click Item not available.
Please note that sales are automatically cancelled once the 7-day shipping window expires.
Once a sale is cancelled, you will need to create a new listing if you’d like to sell your item again.
To avoid this happening in the future, Vacation Mode is a great solution.
By switching on Vacation Mode, you can ensure that you never sell an item that isn’t available to ship within 7 days. To activate holiday mode, follow these steps:
On the App: Me → Holiday Mode
On the Website: My Account → Set up Vacation Mode
Slide the radio button to the right, then enter the start and end dates for your time away.
