What’s a third party shipping or logistics company?
A third-party logistics provider is a company that can offer shipping services, but also storage, fulfillment and distribution. Some members of our community choose to use a third-party logistics provider (often called a 3PL) to access these services.
Orders will first be delivered to the third-party logistics provider and then delivered to you by the provider.
Delivery to the third-party provider is considered as the order being delivered to its destination. The timeframe for any returns begins from the moment the item is delivered to the provider.(see our return policy).
