If your Shipping Address is based in Australia and you sell an item with Direct Shipping, your package will be taken care of by Sendle.

Once your parcel is carefully packaged and ready to ship, you can download and print your shipping label.

Please note we do not accept the following as a shipping or delivery address:

• Malls or shopping centres
• Furniture and retail stores
• Hospitals
• Military bases
• Airports
• 🔍 PO boxes 

I need to update the “Shipping from” address

Please update your “Shipping from” address  in your Vestiaire Collective account by going to:

• App : Me > My addresses > Update “Shipping from” address 
• Website : See my account > Address book > Update “Shipping from” address 

Once updated, re-download your new shipping label so you have all the correct information.

Drop off your parcel

You can drop off your parcels at one of Sendle’s national network of locations, including over 900 locations and many options 24/7 - BP petrol stations, news agencies and pharmacies.
