What are Seller Badges?

While browsing Vestiaire Collective, you may notice that some sellers have a Trusted or Expert Seller badge displayed on their profile. These badges are awarded automatically, in line with precise criteria. If at any point a seller no longer meets one of the necessary criteria, their badge will be automatically withdrawn. 

The Trusted Seller badge

The Trusted Seller badge is the assurance for you that in the last six months:

• The seller has had 2 successful sales 
• At least 80% of their items matched their descriptions
• 100% of their items have been genuine
• At least 80% of their items were shipped within 5 days 

The Expert Seller badge

The Expert Seller badge is the assurance for you that in the last six months:

• The seller has had at least 5 successful sales 
• At least 90% of their items matched their descriptions 
• 100% of their items were genuine.
• They sent at least 90% of their items within 5 days

What's the difference between a Trusted Seller and an Expert Seller?
