If an item is deemed Non Compliant by our Quality Control team, this means it does not match its description and/or the photographs which accompanied the listing.
When an item is declared non-compliant, the sale is cancelled and the item is returned to your billing address.
You can track this delivery in your account:
On the app: Me → My items → Sold items
On the website: My account → Orders & Sales → Sold items
Find the item in question, click Show Details, then click the tracking number for further details.
