Here's how to ship your item to us so it can be assessed by our team of experts:
1 – Carefully clean your item.
Whether it's a watch, shoes or a canvas bag, we recommend that you clean your item before sending it to us.
If you’re sending clothing, ensure it's washed and ironed, clean the soles of shoes, and even change the battery in your watch!
You’ll avoid the risk of the price being reduced or the item being rejected by our Quality Control team.
2 – Choose suitable packaging for shipping your item.
Choose packaging that fits the size and shape of your item. A shoe box is too big to send glasses and would be way too small to send a winter coat.
REMINDER! Only 1 item per package.
Each item sold much be sent in its own package and marked with its individual label.
If this request is not followed we cannot be held responsible or provide any compensation.
3 – Download the postage label.
For most countries, Vestiaire Collective provides a prepaid postage label available from your account ("My Account", "Orders and Sales") or sent as an attachment in your confirmation email.

=> Website: “My account”, “Orders and sales” “Sold Items”.
Download, print and then attach the postage label to a flat, easily visible surface on your package.

4 – Pack your item carefully.
Is your item fragile? To avoid any breakages, we recommend you secure your item inside the packaging. To do this, you can wrap it in bubble wrap, use air bags or if not available, fill any spaces with newspaper.
If your item arrives damaged, and the packaging is found to be inadequate, we cannot guarantee any compensation.
5 – Include all the components stated in your description and ensure they are visible.
If you want to include a dust bag, authenticity certificate or perhaps a message to your buyer, place them in the package in an appropriate way.
Our logistics team will then be able to identify them more easily and forward them to your buyer.
