Ordered using Express Delivery? 

Great! Your item is already in stock at Vestiaire Collective! We'll ship it directly to you the next working day after your order. 

Ordered with Authentication?

Sellers have up to 7 days* to send the item to us at Vestiaire Collective, where our experts will check it before sending it on to your address within 48 hours. 

💡 Good to know: If the seller does not ship your item within 7 days following your order, it will be automatically cancelled. Please note that the cancellation may take up to 48 hours before appearing in your timeline. Once cancelled, your refund will be immediately processed and will appear in your account within 24 hours for Venmo/PayPal, or within 5 business days for credit card payments.

Ordered with Direct Shipping?

With Direct Shipping, your item is shipped directly to your shipping address or pick-up point, meaning faster deliveries. Your seller has 7 days to ship the item, and if they don’t ship within that time we’ll automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Please note, Direct Shipping in Australia takes an average of 15 days.

Here's a quick timeline for local and international shipping, for each of our three shipping options.

*In the rare case that Vestiaire Collective does not provide a prepaid shipping label for the sale, the seller will have 7 days to ship the item to our Vestiaire Collective hub. If the item is not received in our hub within 14 days (7 days shipping window + a maximum of 7 days transportation lead-time), the sale will be automatically cancelled. Please note that the cancellation may take up to 48 hours before appearing in your timeline.

We will provide you with an Identification Label for your parcel, which means our team will be able to easily identify your package when it arrives at Vestiaire Collective.

Please note that if we do not receive the item within the 14-day shipping window, it will be automatically relisted in the seller's account.
