The condition of an item helps buyers decide whether or not to purchase an item. It also serves as a basis for our experts when your item is being checked by our Quality Control Team.

It's best to be as objective as possible when choosing a condition to describe your item. If you're unsure which condition is the best fit, always go for the lower one.If our experts find that the condition of your item does not match the condition described on your listing, the sale may be cancelled.
