Tradesy is now part of Vestiaire Collective. The Tradesy platform (🔍 www.tradesy.com and the Tradesy mobile applications) is expected to cease processing new orders during December 2022. The platform will remain accessible until early 2023, during which time you will still be able to login to your account and view your account information. 

To ensure you retain the full value of your Tradesy Site Credit, all holders of Site Credit will receive a Vestiaire Collective Voucher for the equivalent dollar value for use on Vestiaire Collective’s website and mobile applications (“Vestiaire Collective Platform”).   

Please note that your Site Credit can only be applied to the item’s purchase price, and cannot be used in conjunction with another promo code or voucher. Any authentication fees, import duties and taxes, and Sales Tax must be paid for at checkout, using your preferred payment method.

If you have Site Credit on Tradesy, here is what you need to know:

• Tradesy users who have Tradesy Site Credit and who do not use their Tradesy Site Credit before the credits are moved over to the Vestiaire Collective Platform (see the next bullet point for timing) will be electronically issued a Vestiaire Collective Voucher for the equivalent dollar amount as the unused Tradesy Site Credit.  
• Tradesy will be transferring existing Tradesy Site Credit to Vestiaire Collective, starting early November 2022. Tradesy will endeavor to notify you via email before they transfer your Site Credit. You will receive your Vestiaire Collective Voucher code via email sent to the email address affiliated with your Tradesy account.
• If you need to change your email address currently linked to your Site Credit voucher, please click 🔍 here.
• Please 🔍 contact us if you don’t receive the Voucher within two weeks of when you receive our email notifying you that we are about to transfer your existing Site Credit…but please check your spam/junkmail folder before assuming you didn’t receive the Voucher. 
• Your Vestiaire Collective Voucher will be tied to the email address affiliated with your Tradesy account. 
• Your Vestiaire Collective Voucher can be used for one or more purchases on the Vestiaire Collective Platform (until the amount of the Voucher is fully utilized).
• To use your Vestiaire Collective Voucher on the Vestiaire Collective Platform, you will need to have an account on the Vestiaire Collective Platform using the same email address that was affiliated with your Tradesy account. If you haven’t already set up an account on the Vestiaire Collective Platform you can do so 🔍 here. Once you have an account opened with Vestiaire Collective, you will be able to enter the Voucher code in the Promo code / Gift card code field of the Orders section during checkout. 
• If you previously converted earnings to Site Credit for a 10% expiring bonus, that amount will be honored in the Vestiaire Collective Voucher.

Please note that for new returns which are eligible for Site Credit under Tradesy’s policies, Tradesy Site Credits will continue to be issued for use on the Tradesy platform. Such Site Credits will be moved over to Vestiaire Collective on or shortly after the date on which the Tradesy platform stops processing new orders.

Vestiaire Collective Vouchers must be used in accordance with 🔍 Vestiaire Collective’s Terms & Conditions. The Voucher may only be used on the Vestiaire Collective Platform and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

What if I have an unused Tradesy gift card code?

You will have until the end of 2022 to redeem and use your Tradesy gift card code. It will only be valid for purchases on Tradesy.
