Tradesy Site Credit has now moved to Vestiaire Collective. 

Your Site Credit voucher is automatically linked to the email address associated with your Tradesy account. 

To use your Tradesy Site credit immediately, your Vestiaire Collective account must be registered to the same email address as your Tradesy account. If you like, you can create a new Vestiaire Collective account using the same email address you used for Tradesy. This means you can start shopping with your Site Credit immediately.

Please note that your Site Credit can only be applied to the item’s purchase price, and cannot be used in conjunction with another promo code or voucher. Any authentication fees, import duties and taxes, and Sales Tax must be paid for at checkout, using your preferred payment method.

Alternatively, if you have already signed up to Vestiaire Collective with a different email address, we can update your Site Credit voucher to link it with the email address you used to create your Vestiaire Collective account. Once we receive your request, we’ll update your voucher within 24 hours.

To change the email address linked to your Site Credit voucher, please complete the form 🔍here and include the following information:

• Your Vestiaire Collective email address
• Your Tradesy email address 
• Your Voucher code
• A copy/photograph of an official form of ID (eg. driving license, passport etc.)
