If you need to change or update your delivery address, just follow these steps:
If you have not yet placed an order
You can edit, remove or add a new delivery address directly in your account by going to:
On the app: Me → My Address book
On the website: See My Account → Information → Address Book
If you have already placed an order
When it comes to your login details with Vestiaire Collective, we have a duty to carefully protect your personal data. As payment for this order has already been made, in order to make this change securely we will need you to 🔍 Contact Us with:
- a photograph or scanned copy of your official ID (ideally in black and white)
- if you purchased your item for 500 $€£ or more, a screenshot or photograph of your bank statement showing the Vestiaire Collective debit from your account
- The new delivery address
Please note that we will not be able to change your address for this shipment without the above information.
