If we get in touch with a Quality Control report following the checks of an item you recently ordered, it means the item does not perfectly match the pictures and description provided by the seller.
Your Quality Control report will include pictures of the detected defects, and we will also share the report with the seller.
You then have 72 hours to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the order, or cancel it and receive a full refund. You can let us know how you would like to proceed directly in your Quality Control report.
