If an item is ordered with Authenticated Shipping, our Quality Control & Authentication teams will carefully check your item at one of our hubs. Your Authentication Fee covers these checks and ensures you have total peace of mind.
If we get in touch with a Quality Control Report following the checks of an item you recently ordered, it means a detail was missing from the seller’s description of the item.
The main reasons you may receive a Quality Control Report are:
- A flaw not mentioned in the description or photographs
- A difference in sizing or color
- A modification made to the item which the buyer needs to be aware of before proceeding
We want to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about your item, so your Quality Control report will include descriptions and pictures of the detected flaws. The same report is also shared with the seller.
💡 Good to know: The flaws in any Quality Control Report are usually very minor. If we had a bigger problem, our experts would not approve the item and would instead cancel the order and issue a full refund.
What happens next?
After receiving the report, you have 72 hours to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the order, or cancel it and receive a full refund.
