If you placed an order with authentication
If you have received an item from an Individual Seller and it's not what you expected or you have changed your mind, you can relist the item for sale, free of charge, for ⏰ up to 72 hours after receiving it. If you think the authenticated item you have received does not match its description, please 🔍 contact our customer service team who will be happy to look into this for you.
If you placed an order using Direct Shipping
If your item doesn’t match the Seller's description, you must report the issue within ⏰ 72 hours of delivery.
To do this, log into your account:
On the Website: My Orders → Find the item concerned → Show Details → Report an Issue
On the App: Me → My Orders → Find the item concerned → Report an Issue
You can also find the Report an Issue button in your order's timeline on your app. We will promptly look into the situation.
💡 Good to know: If we confirm that the item does not match its description, the Seller’s stats will be negatively impacted.
