During quality control, we carefully review the item to ensure it accurately matches the listing and will meet buyer expectations.

• Packaging : Materials used during shipping/handling. We ensure all packaging matches the listing, including brand-specific boxes, protective wrapping, and any accessories or paperwork.
• Brand (label, stamp, etc.) : Identifying marks, labels, or logos that indicate the brand. We verify that the item matches the brand specified in the listing.
• Model : Specific version. We check that the model number or name matches the listing details.
• Color/Pattern : Color shade and design. We confirm it matches the listing, paying attention to any color variations that may not have been accurately captured in photos.
• Size/Dimensions : Physical measurements or labeled size. We measure the item and check size labels to ensure it matches the specifications provided.
• Material Composition : We verify that the material specified during its listing matches the actual item, whether it's leather, fabric, metal, etc.
• Handles/Straps : Parts used for carrying or securing. We inspect the design, material, and length to ensure consistency with the listing.
• Corners : Edges or angles that are often a point of wear. We check for design, wear, and any distinguishing features that should match the listing.
• Flap: Piece that typically folds over to close the item. We examine for size, shape, and functionality to ensure they're as described.
• Fasteners/Metallic parts (clasp, zipper, buckle, hinge, etc.) :Components that secure parts together. We inspect for type, functionality, and condition to ensure they match the listing.
• Pockets: Compartments or sections for storing items. We verify that the number, size, and location match the listing.
• Lining: Material that lines the inside. We check the material and design to ensure they match the description.
• Stitches: Sewing method that assembles parts. We inspect for pattern, color, and quality to check it matches the listing.
• Serial number/Stamp Unique identifying numbers or marks for authenticity and tracking. We verify that it matches the listing.
• Exterior: Outer surface and overall appearance. We compare with the listing photos to ensure they match.
• Garment edges (cuff, collar, hem, etc.) Edges of clothing items. We inspect for style and condition to confirm they match the listing.

If the item disrespects our catalogue rules, we’ll immediately cancel the order, issue the buyer a full refund, send a quality control report, and return the item to the seller.
If our experts find that an item doesn’t comply with its description or pictures, we’ll send a quality control report to the seller and buyer, outlining the discrepancies. The buyer has 72 hours to confirm the order or request a full refund. We will automatically cancel the order if they do not respond within the 72 hours.
