Following the sale of your item, you have shipped your item to us for our experts to verify that it conforms with the description you provided.
- There are three possible outcomes from this quality check :
1- The item is found to conform
2 - The item is found not to conform
3 - The item is found to partially conform
> If your article is found to conform, this means that it perfectly matches the description you provided.
The item will then be carefully packaged and dispatched to your buyer by our Logistics team.
You will then receive your payment by your chosen method:
> Chosen to receive payment to your Wallet?
The conformity of an item automatically triggers the payment transfer for your sale which will be available within 24 hours.
> Chosen to receive payment to your bank or PayPal account?
We make transfers to our sellers every Thursday after shipment to the buyer. You’ll receive the payment for your sale as soon as the item has been dispatched during the corresponding session (due to interbank transfer times, allow 24 to 72 hours for the transfer to be effective to your bank account).
