How to return an item bought from a professional seller?
Sellers on Vestiaire Collective may be professionals or private individuals. Only professional sales are subject to the right of withdrawal.
If you have bought an item from a PROFESSIONAL seller:
In this case, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To return an item, please go to your account:
- On the App: “My account”, “My wardrobe”, “My purchases”, find the item and click on “display the details”.
- On the website: “My account”, “Purchases and Sales”, find the item and click on “display the details”.
A “Return the item” button will appear. Click on it.
If this button does not come up, it means the item was ordered from a private individual. Click here to find out how to put it back on sale at no extra cost.
Explain why you are returning it to access your free shipping label.
Having downloaded and printed the label, stick it on your parcel before shipping it.
For the return to be accepted, the seal must be kept on and intact.
