Ordered using Express Delivery?
Great! Your item is already in stock at Vestiaire Collective! We'll send it directly to you within 48 hours of your order.
Ordered with Authentication?
Sellers have up to 7 days to send the item to us at Vestiaire Collective, where our experts will check it before sending it on to your address within 48 hours.
💡 Good to know: If your item hasn’t been shipped after 7 days, we’ll automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund on the 8th day.
*In the rare case that Vestiaire Collective does not provide a prepaid shipping label for the sale, the seller will have 14 days to ship.
Ordered with Direct Shipping?
With Direct Shipping, your item is shipped directly to your shipping address or pick-up point, meaning faster deliveries. Your seller has 7 days to ship the item, and if they don’t ship within that time we’ll automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund.

We will provide you with an Identification Label for your parcel, which means our team will be able to easily identify your package when it arrives at Vestiaire Collective.
Please note that if we do not receive the item within the 14-day shipping window, it will be automatically relisted in the seller's account.
