When you buy an item on Vestiaire Collective, the listing created by the seller should be entirely accurate.

If at any point it becomes clear that an item does not match its description or photographs, the order may be canceled.

We do accept a margin of error with regards to measurements or weight. This means that within the margin of error detailed below, providing that the item matches the description provided by the seller (brand, model etc.), the item will be accepted by our quality control teams. Based on this acceptance of the item, any future return request made by a buyer may be refused.

If your item is not mentioned below, please note that no margin of error is accepted.

For example: If a seller provides a measurement of 20cm for a bag and our quality control teams confirm a measurement of 22cm, the item will be approved.

Please note that we recommend checking the brand's own size guide, as our general sizing is just a suggestion and may differ from brand to brand.

Bag measurements should include :

Height : With the bag closed and on a flat surface, measure the highest part, excluding the handles.

Width : With the bag closed and one a flat surface, measure the width of the base.

Depth (optional) : With the bag on its side, measure the widest part from the front edge to the back edge.

Important: External pockets on bags should be excluded when taking measurements.
