Buyer: What Shipping Options Are Available on Vestiaire Collective?

While browsing Vestiaire Collective, you’ll see three delivery methods available:

  • Authenticated Shipping
  • Direct Shipping
  • Express Delivery

Authenticated Shipping

If you place an order with Authenticated Shipping, the item will be shipped by the seller to one of our authentication centers to be verified for authenticity and to go through quality control in person.

If the item is approved by our experts, it will then be shipped to your preferred delivery address. If the item is refused, a full refund will be issued. If you would like to learn how our experts and specialists check and authenticate items, 🔍 click here.

💡 Good to know - If your item isn’t shipped by the seller within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund issued.

Direct Shipping

If you place an order with Direct Shipping, the item will be shipped by the seller directly to you. Please note, only high-risk products will be digitally authenticated. All other items will be shipped directly to your delivery address without additional physical authentication or quality checks.

The buyer has the option to select Direct Shipping, while the seller can opt for physical authentication if they prefer. Direct Shipping is available on most* items of €1000 or less (or the currency equivalent), and when both the buyer and seller are based in:

  • Europe including the UK
  • The United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Singapore
  • Hong Kong

*There are specific brands that are not eligible for Direct Shipping, only Authenticated Shipping.

Direct Shipping is also offered on a selection of items above 1000€, sold by professional sellers with a proven track record in quality and authenticity.

💡 Good to know - If your item isn’t shipped by the seller within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund issued.

Express Delivery

If you see the Express Delivery option available on a listing, this means the item is in stock at Vestiaire Collective, has already been checked for authenticity and quality conformity by our experts and can be shipped to you within 48 hours.

The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page of each eligible item.
