Our Catalogue Management tool is tailormade to help you manage your entire catalogue on Vestiaire Collective.

You can use it to:

• Identify items with the search, sort and filter functions

*This function is only available to professional sellers using the manual listing tool.

How do I access my Catalogue Management tool?

First, log in to your Vestiaire Collective account, then choose from the following options:

Go to My Account → For Sale

OR

Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner and access the tool from the drop down menu

Can I access the Catalogue Management tool on my phone?

For now, this tool is only available only on a desktop computer.

Can anyone from my team access the tool?

Anyone logged in via your Vestiaire Collective account will have access to the catalogue management tool.

How many items will I be able to see?

You can view and manage all of your items!

Can I search by keyword?

Unfortunately keywords are not searchable - you’ll need to search using your reference number (either the Vestiaire Collective product ID or your own).

That being said, you can filter by brand, category, model and more using the menu on the left-hand side!

Can I select and remove multiple items from sale at the same time?

Unfortunately not at the moment. You can remove items one by one by clicking the three dots to the right of each item listing and selecting Remove from Sale. This feature is only available to Professional Sellers using the manual listing tool.

Can I drop the price of multiple items at the same time?

Unfortunately not at the moment. You can drop the price of items one at a time by clicking the three dots to the right of each item listing and selecting Drop the price.

Can I increase the price of an item after dropping it?

Any price drop is permanent, so it’s not possible to increase the price of an item once it has been dropped.

Can I remove photos from my listings?

While you are able to add more photos to your listings using the Catalogue Management tool, it’s not possible to delete photographs.
