You can track your order at any time by logging in to your Vestiaire Collective account and following these steps:
On the App: Me → My Orders
On the Website: My Account → Orders & Sales → Order History
Please note: Estimated delivery may vary and take more or less time, depending on the shipping company, weather conditions, and other factors.
What’s a delivery estimate?
We calculate shipping estimates according to the specific details of the order, taking into account every step of the journey, including:
- The seller’s location
- Your shipping address
- The shipping option being applied to your order - Direct Shipping, Authenticated Shipping, or Express Delivery.
Below, you’ll find all the steps we include when calculating your estimated delivery date, according to the shipping type selected at checkout.
If you placed an order with Direct Shipping
- Your seller has 7 days to ship your order. If they do not ship within this time, the order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund immediately processed.
- As Direct Shipping is a more local shipping option, you can look forward to receiving your item straight from the seller. We’ll provide you with all the tracking information and an estimated delivery date as soon as the item is shipped.
If you placed an order with Authenticated Shipping
- Your seller has 7 days to ship an order placed with Authenticated Shipping.*
- The item is delivered by carrier to a Vestiaire Collective hub.
- Once received, our team will check your item within 2 working days.
- Once checked and approved, we will ship your item to you the same day.
- The item is then shipped directly to you or your collection point - we will then provide you with all the tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
*In the rare case that Vestiaire Collective does not provide a prepaid shipping label for the sale, the seller will have 14 days to ship.
If you placed an order with Express Delivery
This is our fastest delivery option. Items available for Express Delivery are already located at a Vestiaire Collective hub, have already been checked and approved, and are ready to ship!
- Express Delivery items will be shipped within 2 working days of your order.
- The item is then shipped directly to you or your collection point - we will then provide you with all the tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Please note that some carriers cannot update trackings on Sundays. Your tracking will be updated on the day after.
