Your bank will send a one-time verification code:

• Via SMS to your registered mobile number

• Via email to your registered email address

• Through a banking app notification

• Or via a physical authentication device (like a card reader)

You may be asked to provide additional personal information, such as your date of birth or password.

Important: You must enter this code correctly within the time limit. If you enter incorrect information three consecutive times, your card may be temporarily blocked for online transactions and thus you will need to reach out to your bank to unblock it.

How to successfully complete your purchase

• Keep your phone nearby to receive SMS verification codes

• Enter the Verification Code when requested by your bank

• Consider using an alternative payment method if problems persist
