Congratulations on your sale! Next, package your item to ensure a seamless delivery.
Remember: The sooner you ship, the sooner you get paid.
1) Clean Your Item
Wash and/or wipe down the item before you package it. This helps meet buyer expectations and avoid potential issues during Authentication & Quality Control (if applicable).
Note: Items shipped with hygiene-related issues will have their sales canceled.
2) Pack With Care
Choose sustainable packaging that’s the correct size and use extra padding in empty space to avoid damage during transit. Likewise, remove any liquids (i.e. watch care products), as they can lead to accidental damage. Any liquids included will be removed during our checks, and the shipment of any liquids direct to the buyer as part of their order is forbidden.
Sold multiple items to the same buyer? Package each item separately with its assigned label to prevent accidental sale cancellations.
Important: Always place your item in appropriate packaging. If you are including the original branded product box, please put it inside a shipping box to protect it and all accessories from damage during transit.
3) Include All Components
Double-check that you’ve placed all complementary accessories and/or documents (i.e. dust bags, authenticity papers) in the package with your item.
Want to thank the buyer? Feel free to add a card or note, but please exclude additional items intended as gifts to avoid shipping complications.
Before shipment, please thoroughly check and empty all pockets, compartments, and interior sections of the item to ensure nothing is left inside.
4) Get Your Label
Shipping Code (if available)
Show the code to your carrier during drop-off or pickup and they’ll print the label for you.

Print and attach the prepaid shipping label we’ve provided for your sale.

Note: You must use the label we provide to get paid. We are not responsible if you use a different shipping label and the package is missing, late, or damaged.

5) Drop Off Your Package or Schedule a Pickup
Visit your nearest drop-off location or schedule a pickup within 7 days of your sale. We’ll provide tracking information once the carrier has entered your package into their system.
Note: Your sale will be automatically canceled if you fail to ship within the 7-day shipping window.
