• The name on the document is an exact match with the name of the payee
• The address on the document is an exact match with the address of the payee
• The document is dated within the last 12 months
• The address is a physical address. General Post Office (GPO), packstation, private mail bags, and other forms of non-physical addresses are not accepted.
• The document is readable and of good quality
• The file size is min 30KB and max 4MB
• The file format is: .pdf, .jpg or .png
