Listings are checked by our team and published within ⏰ 36 hours. You’ll be notified via email and in the app when your listing is approved and published.
Sold! Ship your item to Vestiaire Collective within 7 days
Congratulations! You’ve made a sale. You’ll be notified via email and in the app and asked to ship your item to us within ⏰ 7 days.
If Vestiaire has provided you with a shipping label, you must ship your item within 7 days. If you do not ship the sold item within this time, the sale will be cancelled and your buyer refunded.

Your item is received, checked & shipped
Our Quality Control team will check and ship your item to the buyer within ⏰ 1 - 4 days. If our experts notice a defect, or find your item is different to its description, your sale could be cancelled. To find out why a listing or item might be refused, 🔍 click here.
Payment
Payments are issued the next working day after your item is shipped out from Vestiaire Collective. The payment should be reflected in your account within 5 working days, depending on your payment method. To find out more about when you’ll be paid, 🔍 click here.
