If a sale is made with authentication, it means the item is checked by our Quality Control team before being shipped to the buyer.

Create a listing

Listings are checked by our team and published within 36 hours. You’ll be notified via email and in the app when your listing is approved and published.
Sold! Ship your item to Vestiaire Collective within 7 days
Congratulations! You’ve made a sale. You’ll be notified via email and in the app and asked to ship your item to us within 7 days.
If Vestiaire has provided you with a shipping label, you must ship your item within 7 days. If you do not ship the sold item within this time, the sale will be cancelled and your buyer refunded.
Your item is received, checked & shipped
Once we receive your item, our expert teams will check, approve, package and ship the item to your buyer within 2 working days.
If our experts notice a defect, or find your item is different to its description, your sale could be cancelled. To find out why a listing or item might be refused, click here.

Payments are issued the next working day after your item is shipped out from Vestiaire Collective. The payment should be reflected in your account within 5 working days, depending on your payment method. To find out more about when you’ll be paid, click here.
