Every listing submitted to Vestiaire Collective is checked for accuracy, and certain high-risk brands are also checked for authenticity, before being published on the platform.
When an order is placed with Authenticated Shipping, the item is sent directly by the seller to one of our international hubs for to be authenticated and to undergo quality control checks.

Please include any supporting information: For example, proof of authenticity, an invoice, bill or receipt, certificate of authenticity or any other documentation that will help us confirm the item’s origins. If the item has been modified by the brand, please provide proof.
If you don't have proof of authenticity, please provide more details on the origin of the product: location, year, bought on Vestiaire Collective, outlet, etc...
The information provided will not guarantee your item is authentic but will help in our decision.
Listings are checked by our digital team and published within 48 hours. You’ll be notified via email and in the app when your listing is approved and published.
Sold? Ship your item to Vestiaire Collective within 7 days.
When you make a sale, you’ll be notified via email and in the app.If Vestiaire has provided you with a shipping label, you must ship your item within 7 days. If you do not ship the sold item within this time, the sale will be cancelled and your buyer refunded.

Your item is received, checked & shipped
Once your item arrives at the warehouse, our expert teams will check, approve, package, and ship it to the buyer within 2 business days. During busy periods of the year, it may take a few more days.
If our experts notice a defect or find your item is different from its pictures or description with regards to authenticity or conformity, your sale could be cancelled. To avoid cancellation, please follow the guidelines of our 🔍 catalogue rules.
If an item fails Authentication because it does not meet standards for this category, we will email you a detailed report. You can access this report anytime via the timeline for your order or sale. The report includes a detailed breakdown of our review and findings.
Important: Please do not include any liquids in your description, photographs or in any parcels you ship. Any liquids included is forbidden.

Payment
Payments are issued the next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays) after your item is shipped out from Vestiaire Collective. The payment should be reflected in your account within 5 working days, depending on your payment method.
