If an item is purchased with authenticated shipping, you'll ship it directly to our warehouse to undergo Authentication & Quality Control.
You’ll be notified of sales via email and in the app. If we've provided you with a shipping label, you must ship your item within 7 days. If you do not ship the sold item within this time, the sale will be cancelled and the buyer refunded.

During Authentication & Quality Control
Once your item arrives at the warehouse, our expert teams will check, approve, package, and ship it to the buyer within 2 business days. (During busy periods of the year, it may take a few more days.)
Their findings will be available in the Authentication & Quality Control Report, which we send to you via email and within app once the review is complete. Learn more about Authentication & Quality Control.
If our experts notice your item differs from its listing in regards to authenticity or conformity, your sale could be cancelled. To avoid cancellation, follow our catalogue rules.
Important: Please do not include any liquids in your description, photographs, or in any packages you ship.

Payment
We issue payment the next business day after Authentication & Quality Control is complete (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays). It will reflect in your account within 5 business days depending on your payout method.
