What can I report about a listed item?
You can report any of the following issues:
- Illegal, offensive or inappropriate content
- Any item that breaks our Catalogue Rules
- A misleading description
- A suspicious or counterfeit item
- Other (we will ask for more information in the report)
How do I report an item?
Click ‘Report the item’ under the item description. Please note that you need to be logged in to begin a report, and remember to include screenshots.
You will be asked to choose from a list of reasons for your report. Provide as much detail as possible about why you believe the content is in breach of the rules. You will also be asked to certify that your report is genuine and made in good faith. Please note that an abusive report or any misuse of this process may result in consequences for you. For example, you might incur a temporary ban from the platform, as outlined in our General Terms of Use.
What happens once I’ve submitted a report?
You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your report. Once our teams have investigated your report they will take appropriate action, if needed. We will be in touch via email to let you know the outcome of your report.
Please note that if your report lacks sufficient detail, we may not be able to conduct a thorough investigation.
