We process refunds to the same payment method you used to place your order.
Depending on how your payment was processed at the time of purchase, one of the following will apply:
Your payment was on hold (not yet fully charged)
If your order was cancelled shortly after being placed, there is a chance your payment was never fully taken. In this case, the amount will not appear as a debit on your account but as a temporary hold. This hold will be released and disappear from your statement within 72 hours.
Your payment was fully charged
If your payment had already been fully processed at the time of cancellation, you will receive a refund credit back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for it to appear, though this may be quicker depending on your bank or payment provider.
In both cases, we will send you an email to confirm when your reimbursement has been processed, along with the expected timeline and the payment method it applies to.

💡 Good to know - If you ordered several items at the same time to be paid for in 3 or 4 installments, don't worry - we'll automatically deduct the item value from the remaining installments and recalculate your payments for you.
If you ordered with Apple Pay or Google Pay, make sure to check the last 4 digits of your virtual and physical card. This will help you determine the account on which your refund will be received.

Refunds include all applicable fees, including authentication fees, shipping fees, and the buyer service fee.

Please note that, if you have requested to return an item and that this request has been approved, you have 7 days to return the item to us (14 if your seller is a professional).
However, the return request will be discarded, if the item hasn't been shipped within the 7 or 14 day delay.
