We process refunds to the same method of payment you used to place the order so that it reaches you as quickly as possible.
If your order has been canceled shortly after you placed it, there's a chance your payment has been canceled also.
In this case, the amount of your order has not been debited. The transaction displayed on your account is a temporary bank hold. This means that the funds never leave your account.
Once a refund has been processed, you will see it reflected within 5 working days - though this may be shorter depending on your payment method.
We’ll send you an email to confirm when your refund has been processed, the expected arrival time, and the payment method to which the funds have been refunded.
You can also track the progress of the transaction by following these steps. First, log in to your account:
On the App: Me → My Orders
On the Website: My Account → Orders & Sales
💡 Good to know - If you ordered several items at the same time to be paid for in 3 or 4 installments, don't worry - we'll automatically deduct the item value from the remaining installments and recalculate your payments for you.
If you ordered with Apple Pay or Google Pay, make sure to check the last 4 digits of your virtual and physical card. This will help you determine the account on which your refund will be received.
Find out how to access to your virtual card number here if you purchased Apple Pay or here if you purchased with Google Pay.
Refunds include all applicable fees, including authentication fees, shipping fees, and the buyer service fee.
Check the table below for more information about when you can expect to receive your refund depending on your payment method.
