How much is the buyer service fee?
If the item you purchase is listed in the same currency as yours, the Buyer Service Fee will be 7%* of the item’s price, excluding any fees.
If the item you purchase is listed by the seller in a different currency to yours, the Buyer Service Fee will be up to 15%** of the item’s price, excluding any fees.
As part of this buyer service fee, we’ll handle all the paperwork involved in your order, from border authorities to international shipping.
The buyer service fee will be listed in the item’s price details and at the checkout.
*This fee can go up to 10% for buyers using USD, AUD or SGD, and 15% for GBP.
**This fee can go up to 20% for items listed in GBP and USD.
