To avoid missing out on your dream purchase, set up an alert and stay ahead of the curve.

Alerts enable you to stay completely up to date with:

• Price reductions you're following - lets you know when there's a price drop so you can snap up your favorite items at the best price
• Items you're looking for - if you're waiting for an item to become available, this alert will let you know that a similar item has been listed so you can act fast
• People you're following - Get the latest updates from community members whose style you love

To set up an alert, first log in to your account:

On the App: Find an item similar to the one you’re looking for. Beneath the item’s description you’ll see the option to Create an Alert. Fill in the specific details you’re looking for, then click Save My Alert. 

On the Website: See My Account → Alerts → Create an Alert. Fill in the details you’re looking for, choose how you would like to be notified when a new item is available, then click Confirm. You’re done!

💡 Good to know - On both the Website and the App, if you run a detailed search for an item using the filters available the option will appear to Create an Alert. This will save your search as an alert. Handy! 

How to delete an alert

On the App: Me → My Alerts → Find the alert you would like to delete, then swipe left to delete it.

On the Website: See My Account → Alerts → Find the alert you’d like to delete, then click the little cross next to the details. Done!
