The tracking details associated with my item seem to be inactive for more that 2 working days, or my order is indicated as delivered but I haven't received it?
Contact us via this form, we'll then contact the carrier, so as to better understand the situation and get your package released.
If, after checking, your package has indeed been lost, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
For that we'll need the following documents:
- A sworn statement in which you indicate that you have not received your package
- A photo or scan of your ID
For the carrier to search for your package you must contact us no more that 30 days after your item was sent.
