Orders made from one country to another generally have customs fees, or import fees and taxes.
Wherever possible, customs fees are clearly listed with any shipping, handling or authentication fees during the checkout process.
In certain cases, however, independent customs authorities may contact you to request payment of customs fees. In this case, you will need to pay the necessary customs fees yourself.
All applicable VAT and handling fees will appear automatically at checkout under ‘Import Duties and Taxes.’
💡Good to know: Your customs fees may be higher if your item is being sent for checks. Your item will be sent to our nearest hub to be checked by our team if you place an order with authentication. If this hub is across an international border, this could affect the amount you will ultimately pay in customs.
What happens if the customs fees aren't paid?
The package will be shipped back to us. Once we receive it, we'll list the item on your account for resale. Once the piece is sold, we'll ship it out to the buyer and you'll receive the proceeds from the sale.
