Orders made from one country to another may incur customs duties and import VAT. Wherever possible, customs duties are clearly listed with any shipping, handling or authentication fees during the checkout process under ‘Import Duties and Taxes.’
In certain cases, however, independent customs authorities may contact you to request payment of customs duties. In this case, you will need to pay the necessary customs duties yourself.

Why am I being asked to pay additional duties?
If a shipping company has asked you to pay additional customs fees, despite the fact that you selected to pay these while placing your order, please 🔍 contact us.
What happens if I don’t pay the requested customs fees?
The package will be shipped back to a Vestiaire Collective hub. Once we receive it, we'll list the item for sale on your account. When it sells, we'll ship the order to the buyer and you'll receive payment for the sale.
Why doesn’t my promo code cover the cost of Custom duties & VAT?
Promo codes and vouchers can only be applied to an item’s purchase price. Any authentication fees, import duties and taxes, or sales tax must be paid for during checkout, using your preferred payment method.
