Sold one of your items but haven’t received a sale confirmation?
Don’t worry. This means that our anti-fraud partner is carrying out certain checks. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to access your prepaid label as soon as your sale has been validated. This process generally takes between 24 and 48 hours.
