You have 4 days from when you received this request to respond. You can do so by clicking “Submit Response” within the email, which will open an interface for confirming details and securely uploading documents. Please make sure to use this interface to share documents and details with our team.

Documents we accept

For proof of authenticity, submit the invoice, bill, or receipt (only documents from the brand can certify item authenticity). Other documentation, like an authentication certificate and proof of modification from the brand, can assist us during the evaluation process.

If you do not have proof of authenticity, include more details regarding the origin (such as location, year, etc.).
