And when it comes to authentication, our authenticators have unrivalled knowledge and expertise, with support from luxury brands and over 60,000 combined hours of training. They use these skills to physically review items and detail their findings in the Authentication & Quality Control Report, which you can add on to any item for a small additional fee.

Of course, no authentication process can be 100% accurate and, very occasionally, a counterfeit item makes it through. If you have doubts about your item's authenticity at any time after purchase, please report it to us directly by following the steps here.
